You may purchase a consultation, programme or online subscription directly on our plans and pricing page, or alternatively you can have an initial discovery call with Jo to help you decide how to proceed.  This can be face-to-face at our Bramhall, Cheshire clinic, or by telephone call.  30 minutes are free of charge.  Diary booking for Discovery calls and consultations are explained below.  There may be some waiting time, especially for 2 hour appointments.  In the meantime, the quickest and easiset way to connect is our online membership.

For virtual consultations, these usually take place on Mondays or Wednesdays - please use the Virtual Booking request links further below.  All virtual consultations longer than 30 minutes will need payment in full at the time of booking via our plans and pricing page.  If you would like to proceed with our online health coaching subscription, please purchase the online membership to activate your account, this includes a free trial of one week.  We will then shortly be in touch via email.
